divided we fall
in wake of a tragedy
it wakes up us all
the red white and blue
continues to hold true
while the hopes of thousands
withered and died
the hopes of billions
continue to thrive
as the towers collapsed
our patriotism soared
as the pentagon was targeted
we said terror no more
